Sorry to spam all your flists again, but we took the site down for a short bit while we waited for permission from authors to link to their stories. ^_^ So, once again I would like to pimp out tell you all about the Arashi fanfiction archive/directory that maiaide and I have been working on. anyways, Chun and Calvin went to the Philippines last July 12-13, and I did a report on it, i went two events you guys can go check it HERE it includes videos, and pictures from their visit ^^;;

An update post. *GASPS*

A lot of things have come up lately and I have been unable to address some questions that have been posed to me. The co-MOD has poked me, with very sharp things D:, to address this. So here it all comes:

1. Yes, we have been uploading things still. No, we have not been making update posts about them because we're lazy.

2. Applications. Yes, there have been a lot of questions, and I will be making an updated post about joining the community soon. The applications are not the only things that we use to judge admittance. We run a pretty tight show, as we should given the community itself. So here are a few other things that we look for these days:

We evaluate potential members using information gathered from their profile:

⇒ How old is your journal? We require it to be a minimum of 6 months old. If you want to complain about it, feel free, but we're trying to keep out trolls and bad people.

⇒ Do you have any updates? Again, if you haven't posted anything, we question why you want to join the community.

⇒ Do you belong to other JE related communities? And if so, which ones? If all your communities are for DBSK, we REALLY question why you're joining. This also goes for interests. If you have no communities related to JE we try to give you the benefit of the doubt and look through your interests and your icons. There is a scoring test that we use. Yes, we make it all that complicated.

⇒ How is your overall behavior? Contrary to popular belief, we do keep an eye out on what is going on around other communities. Have you been trolling elsewhere? Have we seen you blatantly disregarding rules in other communities?

Yeah, we make it very complicated, but I'm sure most of you understand why we do this. To assuage worries, we would like to shut down some rumors that pop up a lot and that we get questioned about. So here goes:

⇒ You don't like Hey!Say!JUMP so you refuse applicants that do! This is completely false, but has given us quite a few laughs. Um, I don't hate Hey!Say!JUMP, I just can't remember the names of 124335235 little boys. I'm sorry. They aren't legal and it creeps me out, but if you like them I will not judge you. I like chocolate, you like vanilla. That doesn't mean we can't get along. Also, they WILL be getting their own section eventually, I've just been super lazy for personal medical reasons. And with that said, we're sorry, but we have none of their media here at the moment.

⇒ You're elitist and RUDE to fansubbers! o.O I have no idea where this one came from. I'm not elitist and the only time I have been rude to fansubbers is when they were rude first. I've approached a few about putting their files up for download here, but we've never worked anything out. On another note, there have been some problems with the fansubbers not being nice that has created a new rule that will be going up after this overhaul is over.

⇒ You're holding out on the good stuff! Possibly? I have a strict rule that if it has subs, is a fancam that the original uploader requested not be distributed, or it is just plain questionable, then we should not post it here. Yes, that means that there are a lot of good things missing, but in all fairness I like to not make people angry. On the other hand, I rip all my DVD's and upload them in the highest quality that I can get them. It takes me about 9 hours to get the rips that you see available here. And I mean 9 hours per disc not including upload time. I would consider that pretty good stuff.

And on a few last notes, I wanted to apologize for being late this year. See, I normally open up all community posts for my birthday, but like I said, medical problems. We'll be leaving the community open for a few days, as per that tradition. Just think of it this way, as a gift I will be ripping a new DVD set that I just received soon. Yeah, that's right, you all are getting something for my birthday. Great, ain't it? Lastly, I wanted to say that I know a lot of links aren't working right now, and I will be working to get them up during the month of August. There's a possibility that I will be having surgery in the next few weeks that will leave me with lots of free time on the computer. :D/ Feel free to comment here with broken links if you want downloads ASAP. Please note there is a difference between 'currently unavailable' and broken links that say they have been deleted.

Hey guys. i live in good ole Gainesville, FL.. i'll be finishing up my first degree by december and am looking to transfer to a school with a good program...

first question: what are some good schools around the southeast for a bachelors in graphic design..( i know SCAD .. am thinking about it )

second question: in the areas where the schools suggested are located, are there a lot of jobs?

third question: what are some good schools for graphic design (for a bachelors) in general within the united states..
